The separate Carriage House includes a Queen bed (Bedroom 4) and two twin beds (Bedroom 5), ideal for children or additional guests.

The neighborhood provides easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment options, including Pier Park and the shops along 30A. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is approximately 20-25 minutes away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older to book, and a signed rental agreement is required within 72 hours of booking. Pets are welcome with a per-pet fee. This is a completely smoke-free property. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
