The condo is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably across three bedrooms. The living area and primary bedroom feature breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders, ensuring that the spectacular views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are always within sight. For those who love to cook, the nicely equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve anything from quick snacks on the go to full gourmet meals, including basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

While the condo offers a private sanctuary, guests have access to wonderful community features including a beachfront pool, a hot tub, and community grills for outdoor dining. The property also provides two dedicated parking spaces for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Destin, Jade East is conveniently situated close to a variety of local restaurants, shopping centers, and popular attractions, allowing you to experience the best of the area with ease. For those visiting between March and October, beach chair rentals can be arranged through Barefoot Beach Service, either online or directly at the beach.

To ensure a seamless arrival, guests are provided with a welcome kit containing dish soap, a sponge, small dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and a roll of paper towels. Initial trash liners and a set of soaps and toilet paper for each bathroom are also included; however, guests are asked to replenish these supplies for longer stays.

• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25. We do not rent to students or anyone under 25. For groups, we require one parent for every two people under the age of 25.
