This second-floor corner unit is arguably the best located villa in the resort, situated across from Beach Access #42. You can enjoy a beach view from the private balcony or have your feet in the sand in less than a one-minute walk from the front door. The thoughtfully designed layout includes three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ensuring everyone has space to unwind. The master bedroom features a king bed and a single sofa chair bed, the second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed. The living room further extends the sleeping capacity with a pull-out queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and open living and dining areas perfect for gathering. The primary bedroom and living area both open onto a private balcony overlooking the resort's lush lake and scenic fairways.
