Please be advised that the tennis and pickleball courts are temporarily closed due to ongoing renovations. Pets are not welcome. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay.

Regarding beach access, personal chairs are permitted but must be set up behind the beach service rentals. Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed at any time. On-site chair rentals are available through Sun, Sand, and Sea (Half Day: $35; Full Day: $50). A separate rental agreement must be completed prior to arrival.
