Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited and will result in additional fees. No weddings or events are permitted on the property. Wristbands for community amenities are included in the nightly rate; please ensure the guest count is accurate at booking as the HOA will not provide additional wristbands after arrival. Lost wristbands incur a $50 replacement fee. Note that shampoo is not provided and there is no carbon monoxide alarm on site.
