The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a fourth bedroom featuring two sets of Tri bunk beds (please note that the top and middle bunks have a 100 lb weight limit).

On the main level, you will discover an open-concept living space featuring plush seating facing a large flat-screen TV and walls of windows that drench the room in natural light. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, premium appliances, and a six-seat island, making it the perfect hub for gathering and entertaining.

Step outside to find your own private oasis, featuring a serene heated plunge pool nestled within the outdoor patio and lounge chairs for soaking up the Florida sun. For those seeking a higher vantage point, the third-floor balcony offers a generous dining table and additional lounge space, ideal for alfresco meals or sunset cocktails.
