The layout is completed by 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub/shower combination.

• Fees: Registration fee for parking and wristbands is paid directly to the property
• Special Deposits: $500 Spring Break deposit required for stays between 03/07 and 04/15
• Optional Rentals: Pack-N-Play ($20) or Booster Chair ($15) available with 48-hour notice

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The resort is undergoing exterior renovations through 2027; construction noise may occur. The private balcony will be closed from 10/20/25 through 3/24/26 (dates tentative), and nearby work may impact views.
