This spacious layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a total of 2 beds, comfortably welcoming 6 guests. The primary suite provides a plush King bed and a private attached full bathroom for ultimate privacy. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with easy access to the second full bathroom. For additional sleeping flexibility, a bonus sofa bed is available in the bright, open living room. The main floor is designed for convenience, featuring a half bath and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and appliances for those who prefer home-cooked meals.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and a wide array of resort experiences. You are just a 4-minute walk from the sand via dedicated resort access. Dive into any of the 11 resort pools, including 5 that are heated during the winter months, or visit the private beachside pool. The resort also features a beachfront restaurant overlooking the Gulf, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a playground, a putt-putt course, and an exercise room. To help you pack light, the home provides beach towels, beach chairs, and sports equipment for resort games.

Located in a secure gated community, the property is less than five miles from Pier Park's variety of shops and entertainment. Guests can also explore St. Andrews State Park, known for its nature trails and shuttle boat tours, or enjoy local water parks and chartered fishing trips.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Two reserved parking spaces are located directly in front of the unit. Please note that pets are not allowed. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent is provided to get you settled. Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially during hurricane season.
