Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (note: check-in is at 5:00 PM during Spring Break and Major Holidays). Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 18+ to book. Upon arrival, please register at the front desk to receive wristbands and a parking pass; there is a registration fee of $27.00 per vehicle. Please note that pets are not allowed. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is strictly 5 guests, including children and infants.

Important Notice: The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. During this window, balconies will be closed, and guests should expect some noise and dust. Please verify balcony access for your specific dates.
