• Minimum booking age: 25 years old (guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on premises)
• No smoking allowed, including on the back porch or deck
• No parties or events
• Pets are not allowed
• Please note: Seacrest Beach does not allow golf cart rentals
• Private beach restrictions: Wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies are prohibited
• ID Verification: All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID and a selfie via the Happy Stays app
