The lower level is dedicated to social living, featuring a spacious area with a super comfortable sleeper sofa, recliner, barrel chair, and a smart TV. Guests can enjoy meals at the large dining table or step out onto the balcony to relax in Adirondack chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for snacks and meals with traditional coffee makers, cookware, and essential dishware. For added convenience, this level includes a full washer and dryer and a full bathroom with an updated tile surround tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, you will find two private bedroom suites. The main suite is a sanctuary of its own, boasting a king sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and a private balcony overlooking the resort's water features and golf course, complemented by a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom suite features two queen beds, a ceiling fan, smart TV, and its own remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.

Located in a prime position, White Sand Villa is just steps away from a heated pool and approximately 100 yards from the convention center. The pedestrian bridge to the beach is a mere 150 yards away, though guests can also utilize the free resort tram. You are within easy walking distance of a plethora of restaurants, from casual eats to high-end dining.

As part of the Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort experience, guests have access to incredible facilities including the beachfront lagoon pool with waterfalls, a kids splash pad, two hot tubs, a fitness center, and 10 lighted tennis courts. You can also enjoy pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, and a nine-hole executive golf course. For summer fun, the resort hosts beach bonfires, dive-in movies, and poolside DJs. Additional on-site perks include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and various watersports rentals right in front of the property.
