• Resort Fee: A fee of $39.59 (includes tax/credit card fee) is required for 1-bedroom units, covering up to 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (required for all occupants over age 12).
• Parking: Guests may register and park 2 vehicles. Please note the parking garage has a 7-foot clearance.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Beach chairs are not included with the rental.
• Payment: 25% due at booking; remaining balance due 30 days prior to stay.
• Cancellation: Full refund available if cancelled at least 30 days in advance.
