This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, designed to accommodate guests with ease. On the first floor, you will find a bright and comfortable family room that benefits from plenty of natural light due to its corner lot location. The open and airy layout flows into a stunning kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. Dining is a breeze with seating for six in the dining area, plus an additional four spaces at the kitchen island.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels. The first floor hosts a lovely master suite with a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities, dual shower heads, and a walk-in glass shower. Upstairs, you will find a cozy second living space with two sofas and a mounted TV. The second floor includes two additional guest bedrooms with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers, one of which offers private balcony access. A dedicated bunk bedroom provides two sets of twin-over-full bunks and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor living is a highlight with three lovely patios, including a screened-in front porch with comfy seating and a side patio featuring a BBQ grill. For added convenience, the home includes an outdoor shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Located in the desirable WaterColor community, guests are a short stroll from 30A’s best dining and a quick ride to the Gulf’s sugary white sand beaches. Your stay includes a 6-seater LSV and 4 beach cruiser bikes, along with complimentary amenity passes for Camp WaterColor and The WaterColor Beach Club, granting access to a total of 9 swimming pools.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Strict times; late check-out may incur fees)
• Maximum 12 wristbands provided (per HOA limits); children 5 and under are exempt
• Parking: Driveway accommodates 3 cars
• No pets allowed
• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• All renters must be 25+ or accompanied by a guardian
• LSV usage is restricted between Grayton Beach and Seagrove
• Lost wristbands incur a $50 replacement fee from the HOA
• A starter set of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, pods) is provided
