Guests will find four primary suites equipped with luxury showers, and the 3rd and 4th floor bedrooms and balconies provide serene beach views.

Inside, the home is designed to keep you blissfully calm with welcoming décor, including plantation shutters, hand-painted murals depicting sea life scenes, and quartz counters in shades of the shore. The interior is finished with tile floors throughout and includes several thoughtful niceties, such as two small libraries for adults and children and a wet bar located in the 3rd floor entertainment area.

Step outside to what is perhaps one of the coolest pool decks in the area. This personal paradise features a pool and spa area encircled by a verdant green lawn, complemented by plush lounge furniture, a grill, and a private wooden outdoor shower. The highlight of the outdoor space is the spacious tiki hut, which boasts a u-shaped bar, ample seating, and Margaritaville inspired décor—a private oasis that might actually give the beach some competition.

Located in a prime spot, ReGrouper is far enough from Destin traffic to hear the cicadas sing, yet close to major attractions. You are within a mile of shopping malls, golf courses, and an abundance of restaurants, and you'll be perfectly positioned to stay close to the Moon Crush music festival.

Guests are provided with a welcome kit containing basic dish and laundry detergents, a sponge, paper towels, trash liners, toilet paper, soaps, and cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. Please note that while pool towels are provided, they must remain on the property.
