Welcome to Saltysundaze, a relaxing getaway located within the Ocean Villa resort complex in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. This third-floor retreat is perfectly positioned for those looking to dive into boating, fishing, golf, and dining, all of which are right at your fingertips.

The layout is designed for comfort and convenience. This residence features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beachfront master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a king bed and a private attached bathroom, with a sliding door that opens directly onto the balcony. The second bedroom is versatile, featuring a queen bed and a full bed to accommodate guests. A full bathroom serves the guest room and the main hallway, with a flexible entrance that can be closed off to create a second private ensuite for the guest bedroom.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living area, dining room, and eat-at bar, providing everything you need to lounge and dine comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation, and a double stack washer/dryer is available to keep your linens fresh throughout your stay. For seamless arrival, guests can cross the street from the parking deck via the enclosed walkover bridge on the third floor and walk right into the unit without waiting for elevators.

While the unit provides a private haven, guests have access to the impressive Ocean Villa resort amenities. The complex features two swimming pools—one outdoor and one seasonally heated indoor—along with a hot tub, grilling area, exercise room, sauna, and steam room. As a special touch, beach chair service for two is included from mid-March to mid-October.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age (proof required)
• Strictly no pets allowed per HOA rules; violations result in eviction without refund
• No smoking or vaping; evidence will result in forfeiture of the $300 security deposit
• One parking pass is included; an additional pass is available for $50
• A $300 security deposit hold is placed on the credit card 14 days prior to arrival
• A signed rental agreement, phone number, and mailing address are required
• Please note: Building painting will occur from mid-September 2026 through February 2027, affecting balcony and pool areas from November 2026 through February 2027
