• Restrictions: Saturday check-outs are not permitted during March-August and October. Students and college groups are not permitted. Due to HOA and insurance restrictions, guests must be 25 years or older; any guests under 25 must be accompanied by one parent for every four underage guests. A full guest list is required at booking, and the primary renter must be present throughout the stay.
