The main floor is dedicated to living and entertaining, showcasing chic coastal décor, a cozy fireplace, and an open layout. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stylish backsplash, and a breakfast bar. For dining, a farmhouse table with booth seating provides ample room for celebrations.

The second floor houses two luxurious bedroom suites, both offering balcony access and Gulf views. Bedroom one features a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with a claw-foot tub. Bedroom two also includes a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bath with a private water closet. The third floor serves as a loft retreat, perfect for kids, with a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa, a desk and vanity area, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub.

Outdoor living is an exceptional highlight of the property. Guests can enjoy two large beachfront decks, including a main deck with a grill and lounge seating, and a lower shade deck with an outdoor shower. Direct private beach access allows you to step from the deck to the sand in seconds.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated on Scenic Highway 98, the property is perfectly positioned for coastal exploration. Guests can utilize the four included bikes to tour the area and enjoy the serene atmosphere of Miramar Beach.
