This master suite includes a new bathroom and a large private balcony overlooking the pool.

For additional privacy, the guest house is a studio apartment situated over the garage. This separate living space is fully equipped with its own full kitchen, a new bathroom, a workspace, a King size bed, and a Queen size pull-out sofa, along with its own private balcony.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Pool Heating: Heated to at least 72 degrees from March through Thanksgiving. Heating to 83 degrees is available for an additional $50 per night outside this window or for those desiring extra warmth in Spring or Fall. Note that 102-degree hot tub water spills into the pool after use.
• Supplies: Bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels. A starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and soaps is provided, but additional supplies will be needed for longer stays.
