The second floor offers a second king-bed master suite, a third bedroom with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, and a fourth bedroom featuring twin-over-twin bunk beds. For additional flexibility, a twin-sized day bed is located in the upstairs living room, and a complimentary pack n' play is available upon request.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Strict enforcement)
• Maximum of 12 wristbands provided per HOA limits (children under 5 excluded)
• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• No pets allowed
• All renters must be 25+ or accompanied by a legal guardian
• Weddings and similar events are not permitted
• LSV usage is restricted between the towns of Seagrove and Grayton Beach
• Replacement fee of $50 per lost wristband
