Our goal is to provide a seamless 5-star experience for every guest. If anything during your stay feels less than perfect, please reach out right away so we can make it right. note. Guest signing rental agreement must be a min of 25 years of age and must be present for duration of the stay** ** note** guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check in ** Note** guests are required to sign and return a golf cart agreement prior to access to the Golf Cart Rental Agreement Requirement Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in and receiving access details. General Conduct Treat the property with care and respect at all times. No pets are permitted at this property. No smoking or vaping in or around the home. No parties or events are permitted. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Observe Walton County quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Respecting the Home Please do not eat or drink on couches or beds. Do not hang towels or clothing from balconies or railings. Makeup towels are provided — please do not use white towels for makeup removal. Only flush toilet paper (no wipes or other items). Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. Do not set the thermostat below 64°F. Remove shoes when entering to help keep sand outdoors. Beach equipment should be stored in the garage — please do not bring sand into the home. Golf Cart Rules & Guidelines A golf cart is provided for guest convenience. Please use responsibly: Drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Any person driving the golf cart must complete a form prior to check in Any guest operating the golf cart must be able to provide proof of insurance upon request. The registered booking guest assumes full liability for any damage, misuse, violations, or fines incurred during the stay. Do not operate the golf cart under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Obey all local and Walton County traffic laws at all times. Do not drive on roads with speed limits exceeding 35 mph unless permitted by law. All passengers must remain seated while the cart is in motion. Children must be properly supervised at all times. Do not leave the key in the golf cart when unattended. Please return the golf cart to the property and keep it plugged in/charging when not in use, especially overnight. Pool & Community Etiquette The community pool is available for your enjoyment — please treat it as a shared space. Follow all posted pool and HOA rules at all times. No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times — there is no lifeguard on duty. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the early morning and evening hours. Do not play loud music or engage in disruptive behavior. Please do not reserve or “hold” chairs for extended periods when not actively using them. Clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash properly. Use the pool at your own risk. Trash & Cleanliness Please do not leave trash outside of the provided receptacles. Trash pick-up is Monday and Thursday. Please place trash cans at the curb the evening prior to pick-up. Ensure cans are not obstructed and are accessible for collection. All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the bins. Ensure lids are closed and bear straps are secured at all times. Parking & Community Spaces No street parking is permitted — driveway parking only. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or walkways. No trailers or boats allowed. There may be construction in the area — please plan accordingly. Beach Etiquette No glass containers on the beach. Do not walk on sand dunes — they protect the coastline. Fill in any holes dug in the sand before leaving. Remove all trash when leaving the beach. Do not disturb sea turtle nesting areas. Use only turtle-safe (amber) lighting at night if needed. Emergencies & Damages If any damage occurs, please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly. In case of emergency, call 911 first, then contact us. For non-emergency needs, please message us through your booking platform. After-hours messages may be returned the following morning unless urgent. Important Information:

We utilize a third-party concierge service that integrates directly with your booking channel to handle concierge services, rental agreements, and damage waivers. There is the option to choose between a small damage waiver or a hold on your credit card for damages. You will be asked for this information once your reservation is officially confirmed. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. Failure to provide the required information prior to check-in may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
