Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms, providing plenty of privacy and room for everyone to unwind. To ensure a premium sleep experience, the home is outfitted with luxury beds, pillows, and 400TC linens, complemented by oversized bath towels for added comfort.

While the structured amenities are streamlined, the home is meticulously equipped for your stay. The property boasts a spacious kitchen ideal for group meals, a washer and dryer on site, and TVs throughout the home. Guests also enjoy access to a community pool located very close to the unit. For those hitting the sand, the beach is even closer; simply turn right out the front door to reach the shore. To make your beach days effortless, free beach service (including one umbrella and two chairs setup by LDV) is available from March through October. The beach also features ramp access, making it easy to navigate with wheelchairs, strollers, or equipment carts.

• Parking: 2 dedicated spots are provided in front of the unit. Additional parking may be requested for $25 per car per stay.
• Restrictions: No smoking and no pets allowed. Golf carts and trailers are strictly prohibited.
• Checkout Requirements: Please take all trash to the bin, drop used sheets and towels by the front door, and load and start the dishwasher.
