Welcome to the main level unit of our beautiful duplex in Indianapolis! Whether you are traveling with family or friends, we are sure our place has everything you need to feel "at home." This inviting space is designed for quality time, featuring an open floor plan that connects the kitchen and living areas, making it a perfect hub for gathering with loved ones.

This spacious home is configured with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels. On the main floor, you will find one spacious bedroom with a King bed, one bedroom featuring two Full beds, and one bedroom equipped with a twin-over-twin bunk. The downstairs level offers a fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunkbeds. Additionally, both the main living room and the basement living room feature queen sleeper sofas and large SmartTVs for extra lounging and sleeping capacity. Bathrooms include a stand-up shower in the King room, a full bathroom in the basement, and a shower/tub combo on the main level.

For those needing to stay productive, the home provides laptop-friendly working spaces located in the bunk bed room and the room with two full beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and ample counter space, allowing you to enjoy home-cooked meals at the island seating or the beautiful farm table that seats six.

Located in the Butler Tarkington neighborhood, the home is within walking distance to Butler University. Getting around is a breeze with easy access to Interstate 65 and Meridian St; you are just 2 miles from Broad Ripple and 4 miles from downtown. While Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available, driving is encouraged.

• Access: Private access to the unit, though the main entry and parking pad are shared spaces
• Requirements: Guests must be 21+ to book and a signed rental agreement is required
• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds
• House Rules: No smoking (including vapes/marijuana) with a $500 penalty; no parties or events; quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
• Maintenance: Please bag all trash in provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee; linens must be treated with care to avoid replacement charges
