Pets are welcome (dogs only, max 2, combined weight of 40lbs), though certain breeds like Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs are restricted. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length.

For security and compliance, guests must be at least 22 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID. A rental usage agreement is required, and some guests may undergo a background check. A security hold of $150 or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver is required. Please observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am, as the home is monitored with decibel sensors. No weapons or drugs are allowed on the premises.
