Nestled in a prime location, this property puts you directly on the beachfront, allowing for easy access to the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. While Redfish Rentals provides beach service on-site from March 1 through October 31, guests are welcome to bring their own chairs and umbrellas outside of those dates.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for $35 per car per stay and is limited to one vehicle per reservation; all vehicles must be properly registered to avoid towing. Smoking and pets are strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Improvement Notice One Seagrove Place is undergoing a significant improvement project starting October 1, 2026. Please be aware that the pool will be closed for renovation until early spring 2027. Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Direct beach access may be temporarily rerouted to the public walkway next to the building. Additionally, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bikes must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
