This stunning escape was recently renovated during the winter of 2018/19 to provide the ultimate blend of luxury, privacy, and convenience.

Designed for relaxation, the layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in shower, while the guest room is equipped with twin beds and a convenient bath/tub combo. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The entire interior is adorned with sleek tile flooring, enhancing the clean and airy beach atmosphere.

While this property is a serene retreat, please be aware that One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026. This includes the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area, with the pool expected to reopen in early spring 2027. During this time, guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted, though a public access walkway is available immediately next to the building. Additionally, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain on vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.

Beach chair service is provided by Coastal Beach Service from March 1 through October 31, with rentals also available through Redfish Rentals.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
