The fully-equipped kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring a washer and dryer, a dining table that seats six, and a breakfast bar that accommodates three. In the living room, the family can curl up together to watch movies on the flat-screen television or simply admire the surrounding scenery through the expansive windows.

While the property focuses on relaxation, there are plenty of ways to stay active. Guests can take a dip in the new heated Audubon Pool located at the entrance of Fairways or explore the area using the provided 6-seat golf cart. Please note that due to the mechanics of golf carts, service is not guaranteed for the entire stay; while repairs will be handled to the best of the host's ability, no credits or refunds are provided for cart downtime.

For those visiting between March and October for stays under 15 days, the Seaz The Day Fun Pass provides a variety of free activities, including a round of golf, admission to Big Kahuna's Waterpark (Memorial Day-Labor Day), a Dolphin Cruise aboard The Sea Blaster, and access to the Baytowne Adventure Zone and Urban Air Adventure Park.
