Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay; all vehicles must be registered to avoid towing. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are not welcome. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Violation of these rules may lead to eviction without a refund.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing property improvements starting October 1, 2026. Please expect elevated construction noise during normal hours. The pool will be closed for renovation with a planned reopening in early spring 2027. Beach access may be temporarily rerouted to the public walkway next to the building, and on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable. Personal bicycles must remain in vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.
