The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, ideal for friends or children, while the living room provides a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Flat-screen TVs are located in every room to ensure everyone stays entertained.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay; all vehicles must be properly registered to avoid towing. Pets are not welcome, and smoking is strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Violation of these rules may result in eviction without a refund.

Important Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing property improvements starting October 1, 2026. Please expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The pool will be closed through early spring 2027. Direct beach walkways may be rerouted, and on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain in your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
