Location & Neighborhood: Situated along the scenic shores of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, this property provides immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico. While beach chair and parasail services are available through third-party vendors like Walton County Beach Services and Coastal Parasail, these are not included in the stay.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are not allowed. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing significant improvements beginning October 1, 2026. Guests should expect elevated construction noise during normal hours. The pool will be closed for renovation with a reopening anticipated in early spring 2027. During this time, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bikes must remain in vehicles and are not permitted inside the building. Beach access may be temporarily rerouted to the adjacent public walkway.
