Location & Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, this property provides direct proximity to the beach. While Coastal Parasail and Walton County Beach Services provide local beach chair and service options, guests are encouraged to coordinate with these vendors directly for rentals.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay. Pets and smoking are strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Improvement Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing a significant improvement project starting October 1, 2026. Please be aware that the pool will be closed until early spring 2027. Guests should expect elevated construction noise during normal hours. Direct beach access may be temporarily rerouted to the adjacent public walkway. Additionally, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain on vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.
