The master bedroom features a king bed and a 20" flat-screen TV, while the guest bedroom provides a cozy queen bed for a restful stay. To ensure a peaceful night's sleep for everyone, there is no sleeper sofa in the unit.

Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, the property places you just steps away from the sand. Guests can utilize the on-site beach chair services provided by Coastal Beach Service from March 1 through October 31, or contact Walton County Beach Services for rental options.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay; all vehicles must be properly registered. Pets are not welcome, and smoking is strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing a property improvement project starting October 1, 2026, including a brand-new pool and boardwalk. The pool will remain closed until early spring 2027. Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted to the public access path, and on-site bicycle rentals and storage are currently unavailable. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
