Located directly on the Emerald Coast, you are just steps from some of Florida's most pristine beaches. While you enjoy the postcard-worthy scenery, please be aware that One Seagrove Place is undergoing a significant property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026. During this time, guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The pool will be closed for complete renovation, with an anticipated reopening in early spring 2027. Beach access may be temporarily rerouted to the public walkway, and on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain in your vehicle.

Practical details include a check-in time between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation and costs $35 per car per stay. Please note that pets and smoking are strictly forbidden, and parties or bachelor/bachelorette events are prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Beach chair services are available via Walton County Beach Services or Coastal Parasail, though rentals are not included in the stay.
