Location & Neighborhood: Situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, this condo provides direct access to the white sands of the Gulf. While on-site, guests can utilize Coastal Beach Service (March 1 - October 31) or Redfish Rentals for chairs and umbrellas, though these are not included in the stay. Walton County Beach Services is also the designated vendor for beach chair rentals.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation and costs $35 per car per stay. Smoking, pets, and parties—including bachelor and bachelorette events—are strictly prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing improvements beginning October 1, 2026. Guests should expect elevated construction noise during normal hours. The pool will be closed for renovation until early spring 2027. Direct beach walkways may be rerouted to the adjacent public access, and on-site bicycle rentals and storage are currently unavailable; personal bicycles must remain on vehicles.
