Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for $35 per car per stay. Please be aware that pets are not welcome and smoking is strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited; additionally, an adult chaperone must accompany any guests under the age of 25. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.

Note regarding beach services: Coastal Parasail and Walton County Beach Services provide rentals; however, beach chairs and services are not included in the stay and must be coordinated directly with the vendors.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place will undergo significant improvements starting shortly after Labor Day 2026, with main construction beginning around November 1. Guests should expect elevated noise levels, the closure of the pool (expected to reopen early spring 2027), and potential shifts in beach walkway access. On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable, and bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
