One of the standout features of this cottage is the private glassed-in screen porch. Overlooking the tennis courts, it serves as a comfortable year-round spot for morning coffee or relaxing together after a day in the sun. Inside, the open living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, which boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar. For added convenience, the home includes a full-size washer and dryer and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Situated within the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, guests have access to a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center featuring 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The clay courts are maintained daily to the highest standards; please note that proper tennis attire is required. The community also provides dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, ensuring a perfect blend of recreation and relaxation. The cottage is just a short walking distance to the pool and approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach, keeping you close to the action of the Moon Crush festival while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

Guests are provided with a welcome kit containing starter supplies of dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, trash liners, and initial toilet paper and soaps. Guests will need to replenish these supplies for longer stays.
