This thoughtfully designed one-bedroom condo is configured to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The sleeping arrangements feature a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The layout includes one full bathroom and one half-bath to ensure convenience for all guests. Inside, you will find a bright and cheerful atmosphere in the living and dining areas, complemented by large mirrors, while the master bedroom and bathrooms offer a calm and serene sanctuary.

One of the standout features of this unit is the private balcony, which directly overlooks the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With seating for four, it is the ideal spot to catch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. For entertainment, the condo is equipped with two flat screen televisions, located in both the bedroom and the living room, along with a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs.

Guests have access to a variety of resort facilities. You can chill by the newly-renovated outdoor pool, indulge in the outdoor hot tub, or visit the fitness facility, steam room, and sauna. The resort also features an outdoor tiki bar, a lobby gift shop, and complimentary DVD rentals. A 24-hour on-site front desk provided by the warm and friendly Scenic Stays team is available to assist you throughout your stay.

Located less than a mile from Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, the property is also within a 15-minute drive of excellent pizza, steak, and seafood dining. Please note that beach service rentals are provided by La Dolce Vita and are available for an additional fee.

Resort Note: SunDestin is currently undergoing enhancement projects. While the fitness center remains open, some amenities including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, spa, and splash pad may be affected or closed. Temporary detours for lobby access may be in place, and beach access is available via the ADA-accessible pathway.
