The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and keep clothes fresh throughout your stay.

For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $150 long-term pet fee applies. Please note cats are not permitted. Sandpiper Cove requires a $10 cash grounds fee per pet at check-in.

All guests must be 25 years or older unless traveling with family (one family member must be 25+). Spring break groups are not permitted. Boat trailer parking is prohibited on property, though boat slips may be available for rent by contacting Sandpiper Cove directly.
