POLICIES:

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
4. The Private Pool can be heated for $30/day.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.
7. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible.

PET RULES:

1. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking.
2. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. Let us know if you want to pay for your pet fee through a direct CC charge or directly through Airbnb.
3. Dogs welcome (limit of 1 up to 25 lbs.). $150 non-refundable pet fee/per animal; pre-registration is required.
4. Pre-registration is required via signed Pet Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking.

*For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
