Across both newly remodeled homes, the layout includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The Red House features three bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and a single-over-double bunk bed, plus a sofa sleeper in the living room. The Gray House offers two additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. Bed linens and essentials are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

Indoor living is designed for relaxation and togetherness. The Red House serves as a cozy gathering hub with a gas fireplace, foosball table, and TV. Both homes are modern with plush furnishings, ceiling fans, heating, and dedicated workspaces. For maximum flexibility, each house is equipped with its own fully equipped kitchen and dining area, featuring coffee makers and essential appliances.
