Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and two additional bedrooms each equipped with four twin bunk beds.

The interior is designed for versatility and comfort, boasting a dedicated office, a guest wing, a second family room, a wet bar, and two cozy fireplaces to keep you warm throughout the seasons.

While the home is a year-round destination, specific seasonal features are available. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, guests can enjoy waterfront amenities, including a dock (intended for 15-minute loading/unloading only), a mooring ball, and the use of two SUP boards and a canoe.

Located in the heart of Cedar, guests are just a quick drive from the vibrant attractions of Traverse City and the region's pristine beaches.

• Additional Services: High chairs and pack-n-plays are available for an additional fee. Mid-stay cleans are required for reservations of 14 days or longer.
• Winter Access: Snow removal is scheduled for snowfall of 3+ inches; 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months.
