Additional sleeping quarters on the second floor include a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a cozy bedroom nook equipped with twin bunks.

• Pets: Well-behaved furry companions are welcome subject to approval. One dog under 80lbs is permitted for an additional $250 fee. Breed must be provided within 24 hours of booking.
• Parking: Three spaces available in the driveway. Trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are strictly prohibited within the community gates.
• Restrictions: This property does not allow groups of adults under age 25 without a parent present.
• Snowbirds: Special low monthly winter rates are available from November through February (rentals must start and end on the 1st of the month), with an additional $150 cleaning fee.
