Upstairs, you will find three additional sleeping quarters: a second bedroom with a Queen bed overlooking the pool, a third bedroom featuring a Queen bed with a twin trundle, and a fourth bedroom equipped with two full-size bunk beds. The home includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo upstairs and a convenient half bathroom on the main level.

Designed for entertainment, the open-concept living area boasts high ceilings and a great room floor plan. Guests can enjoy unique features like an oversized wall scrabble game and a dining area that transforms into a ping pong table. Outside, the beautifully landscaped grounds are a tropical paradise with citrus trees and a rose garden. The outdoor living space includes a sparkling pool, a private hot tub, a comfortable day bed, and a BBQ grill. For cozy evenings, there is a firepit with extra seating and a 55" outdoor TV for watching the game poolside.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Pets: One dog allowed with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable fee; no cats allowed.
• Rules: No parties or events (strictly prohibited by state law). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine for indoor smoking).
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
• Additional: Pool heating is available for $125 per day with 72 hours' notice. The property is equipped with a front security camera and a Noise Aware decibel monitor.
