This inviting condo is designed for comfort and luxury, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. The primary suite is a true highlight, boasting a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a tile walk-in shower, and double vanities that make you feel like you are at a high-end spa. For those who love to cook, the modern kitchen is equipped with neutrally toned granite, sleek cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware needed for a cozy dinner.

While the interior provides a great place to hide away, the surrounding property offers endless opportunities for exploration and leisure. Guests can enjoy walking trails, an expansive pool deck featuring four separate pools, and a preserve trail for leisurely walks to and from the beach. For convenient coastal access, a free seasonal shuttle runs across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, and public beach access is available year-round.

Practical details for your stay include two dedicated parking spaces. Guests are provided with a welcome kit containing a sponge, dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, initial trash liners, and soaps and toilet paper for each bathroom. Basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper are also supplied; however, guests will need to replenish these supplies for longer stays.

To maintain the quality of the home, this is a strictly no-smoking property; smoking is prohibited everywhere, including the balconies, and may result in eviction. For safety and security, exterior cameras are located around the pool areas. Please note that the minimum age to book is 25, and we require one parent for every two guests under 25. Additionally, RVs and trailers of any kind are prohibited in the community parking area; please contact us to arrange off-site parking if needed.
