• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Two parking passes are included. Additional passes must be requested prior to arrival; third or fourth vehicles may use the overflow lot for $30 per night. RVs, campers, trailers, and oversized vehicles are prohibited (6'8" clearance).
• Hot Tub: Mandatory daily maintenance checks are performed by the HOA. Note that scheduled drain/refills occur on the 9th of each month.
• Deposit: A $750 damage deposit hold is required on a credit card.
