The open-concept main floor serves as the heart of the home with a spacious living room, dining area, and main kitchen. As you ascend the grand staircase, private bedrooms on each landing ensure a sense of separation and privacy:

• Second Floor: Two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a tub.
• Third Floor: A master suite featuring a king bed and a full bathroom.
• Fourth Floor: A balcony room with a king bed and twin trundle daybed, a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds (6 twin mattresses), a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette.

In total, the home provides 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Relax on the large front deck in the year-round hot tub while overlooking the water. The property also features a firepit (please bring your own wood) and a private, sandy beachfront located just across a quiet road that circles the lake. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, guests have access to a dock for short-term loading and a mooring ball for boat storage.

Located in the heart of northern Michigan, the home is near the beautiful shores of Crystal Lake. Guests should note that during winter, snow removal is provided for falls of 3 inches or more, though 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive vehicles are recommended for safety.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guest Policy: All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with an additional fee. Dogs must be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended in the home.
• Fees: A mandatory $149 damage waiver fee (covering up to $2,500) and a non-refundable credit card processing fee apply. High chairs and pack n plays are available for an additional fee.
• Maintenance: A mid-stay clean is required for reservations of 14 days or longer.
