Built in 1935, this charming home is filled with vintage cottage charm and original tongue and groove woodwork. The layout is designed for both gathering and quiet reflection, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The main floor boasts a spacious living and dining area, a roomy kitchen, and a convenient bedroom with a full bed and a separate full bath. Guests can enjoy two attached screened porches—one perfect for morning coffee and another featuring a spacious farmhouse dining table for shared meals.

Upstairs, you will find a lake-facing bedroom with two twin beds, a bunk room containing one set of twin bunks and an additional twin bed, and a fabulous master bedroom. The master suite includes a king bed, a half bath, and an amazing private sundeck overlooking the shoreline. An additional full bath completes the second floor.

Outside, the experience continues with a remote stretch of sandy beach, a side deck for barbecues, and a new Solo Stove for evening fires. The property is located just minutes from downtown Grand Haven and Spring Lake, where you can enjoy local pubs, fine dining, ice cream treats, and retail therapy along the channel.

• Important Notes: This property does not have air conditioning or a washer/dryer. The fireplace is purely decorative and not for guest use.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (at least 7 days before check-in) or at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in. All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
