The primary suite features a King bed and a private bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom offers two Full beds and a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. For additional guests, the living area includes a sofa bed, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit throughout the stay. Please note that no smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed, and cooking on balconies is prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Individual condo units and private beach access are not ADA accessible, though a public accessible ramp is available immediately next door.
