No smoking inside (10ft from doors/windows required). Thermostat must stay at 68+ degrees to prevent AC freezing. Hot tub maintenance occurs Tuesdays 8-9 AM. Guests assume all liability for waterfront activities. Early check-in requests considered after 2 PM on arrival day. Please note: pedal boat currently inoperable.
