This inviting condo is situated within Seagrove Beach, a desirable 30A community perfectly nestled between the famous destinations of Seaside and Seacrest, offering the ideal home base for your coastal getaway.

The residence is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With a total of 2 beds and a maximum guest capacity of 8, the layout is well-suited for families. The interior includes a bunk area that is perfect for the kids, while additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a queen sofa bed in the living room to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

Enjoy the fresh salt air from the balcony, where you can share a meal at the outdoor table. Inside, the home features a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.

Located in a stunning natural setting between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, guests are encouraged to rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. For entertainment, you can catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or head to The Hub, located just 2.3 miles to the east. If you are looking for a casual nightcap, the nearby brew pubs and wine bars of Watercolor and Grayton Beach are excellent choices. For those seeking active recreation, you can challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition on the two pickleball courts.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. For guests visiting between March 1 and October 31, free bike rentals and beach service are provided. To book this home, the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.

Please note that the resort is currently finalizing improvement projects. While final finishing touches and routine inspections are being executed across select areas, this work is expected to have minimal to no impact on the guest experience.
