This expansive home offers a perfect blend of secluded tranquility and convenient access, making you feel away from it all while remaining just minutes from the heart of town.

Designed for large groups, the home comfortably accommodates 16 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels. Upstairs, you will find a primary suite with a king bed, en suite bath with double sinks, and a dedicated office space with a monitor; a second bedroom featuring a king bed and walk-in closet; and a third bedroom equipped with four twin beds (two bunks) and its own walk-in closet. Downstairs, the space continues with a fourth bedroom containing two queen beds and a twin fold-out futon, and a fifth bedroom with two queen beds.

Entertainment is at the core of this retreat. The massive basement game room is a highlight, featuring a bar area with a smart TV, a large projector screen, and an incredible array of games including a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, pinball, pop-a-shot, darts, wall tic-tac-toe, giant connect four, ring toss, and 8 arcade games. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the secluded backyard, which boasts a pickleball and basketball court, a wood-burning fire pit, a gas BBQ grill, two hammocks, and a variety of yard games like cornhole, kan-jam, and ladder golf. Guests can also relax on the covered front porch or the elevated back deck with peaceful wooded views.

The property is ideally located for exploration, situated 3 miles from downtown New Buffalo. Local attractions are within easy reach, including two casinos (5-8 miles), downtown Michigan City and Washington Park Beach (8 miles), Lighthouse Premium Outlets (8 miles), Indiana Dunes National Park (10 miles), and Warren Dunes State Park (17 miles).

Practical details: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note the property is in the Eastern Time Zone and is accessed via a half-mile gravel road. Pets are not allowed, and fireworks are strictly prohibited on or around the property. Driveway parking is available for 5+ cars. Firewood is typically provided from May to October, though not guaranteed; firewood is not supplied from November to April.
